Driving Directions from the 485 Freeway: Take E Independence Blvd. / US-74 E into Monroe. It will change from Independence Blvd into Roosevelt Blvd.

You will go under two (2) overpass bridges. Walkup Ave. will be the fourth (4th) light after the bridges. There is a Taco Bell and then a BB&T bank on the right-hand corner of the intersection. Take a RIGHT onto Walkup Ave.

Go past the Time Warner Cable building on your left. "Regency Business Park" will be on your left with a large roadside sign in the air on a pole. Take a left into the park's first entrance before you pass the road sign. Proceed back past the strip mall on your right/passenger side toward the warehouses in back. We are the 3rd warehouse of 5. Our sign is on the door.
