Job Description:
Prince Wheel
Services (PWS) is seeking mature self-starters who can develop and maintain
customer accounts without any day-to-day supervision. Following your
training, you will plan your own daily work schedule, service your local
accounts, and provide weekly invoices back to the company. PWS furnishes you
with equipment, a cell phone, business cards, invoices, etc. The company
handles all accounting functions related to the business, so you will be
able to devote all of your time to growing and maintaining your accounts.
Accepted candidates are fully trained by Prince Wheel Services.
Prince Wheel Services specializes in the reconditioning of automotive
wheels. We make pre-owned vehicles look new by repairing scratches, scrapes,
discoloration, and other cosmetic issues on the wheels. Mobile Employees
must be able to successfully manage both the sales and service aspects of
the position while earning an annual base that usually ranges from $30,000 -
$60,000 with an escalating commission structure based on weekly performance.
Regular days of operation are Monday - Friday.
Job Summary:
You will maintain and establish customers for our appearance reconditioning
services with new and used auto dealers, rental car companies, and auto
retailers (i.e. carwashes, tire centers, bodyshops and/or service centers)
that have the potential to provide daily work. Individual customers are also
a part of your income potential and must be serviced with great enthusiasm.

Duties:
All duties are taught by Prince Wheel Services

You will
follow up on referral leads and inquiries from potential customers and
analyze the customer's potential business to determine if sufficient
volume exists for it to be added to the scheduled accounts list. In
addition, you will perform demonstrations for potential accounts when
necessary to establish our quality standards and acquire the business.

You will
maintain ongoing rapport with your established accounts and will
generate daily invoices which are forwarded to the main office each
week.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Products, Specialized Training:
You will receive a minimum of three weeks of paid comprehensive training in
how to perform the services and how to develop and maintain your accounts.
We furnish all of the specialty products, tools, and equipment that are
necessary for our unique appearance reconditioning services. You must
provide your own respectable vehicle, maintenance and fuel. (All of which is
tax deductible.) The vehicle will carry all of the equipment and paints,
so a truck, van, SUV, or wagon is preferred.
Through the years, we have successfully trained and equipped individuals who
have come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. Due to the
proprietary training provided, every employee is required to sign a
non-compete and confidentiality contract.
